The soap is pretty good quality, no real complaints there. Shipping is another deal. After I paid and purchased the soap, over a week went by without any shipping notification. I emailed customer service and asked if there were any issues with the order, and no response. A few days later a tracking number was sent to me. A few days after that, the shipping company actually received the item for shipment. After all the hoorah, I ended up getting the soap over 3 weeks from the initial order. I will probably look for an alternative soap company now. Not saying I will never order here again, but probably not my first choice. Sorry
